The woman of my dreams

Just dreamt I was putting fashion together for MIA. She was playing in Cincinnati and I got to design what she wore on stage.

I only remember a few parts of what I had put together. First, I designed these sunglasses that were pink and I put little jewels on the bottom corner of the lenses. I was also putting studs and other things on a jean jacket for her too. I was designing this outfit in this little studio and she kept coming in to check on my progress. I had a limited amount of time.

Waking up

Dreamt I was driving home from somewhere on Marshall Ave. and I drove past Chuck mowing lawns. Then I drove past Boris in an SUV after that. So, I turned around to say hi to them. Got there and everyone was hanging out.

There was this girl there named LaCheeny. She knew me but not vice versa. Then there was this older black guy hanging out. I shook hands with him and he had a terrible handshake. Then we went to the basement where we were going to take naps. Then Ciera and Glover were there talking about jeans. I sat there watching them, kind of jealous. There was a baby crying and I kept thinking about what a buzzkill it was.

Then in my dream, I woke up at 11:30am.

Colors and crockpots

Dreamt I was moving in with Arnold and someone else. Arnold was the one in charge of getting in touch with the landlord, etc. He was hesitant to give me her number for some reason and I was apprehensive about living with him especially because he has shady friends.
The new place was right next door to the Northside Tavern. I put up my bed; I had to downsize to a twin with a yellow bedspread. My sister was hanging out at the apartment and I was making meatballs in the crockpot. I was going to go on a hike with my mom, but we came back instead.

Dreamt last night about designing Mother's Day cards with dinosaurs on them.

I need a vacation

Dreamt I was going to Jamaica with this guy; he was supposed to be my best friend and he kind of reminded me of Trevor. We bought our tickets, then the night of my show before we were supposed to drive to the airport, he tells me he's not going. It's winter outside and I flip out. I start swerving on the road. I'm yelling and crying and hitting him. I pretty much push him out of the car, which happens to be far from his house.

Then I found out one of my girlfriends wants to come with her mom and a friend. I think it's supposed to be Lynn. I'm super happy and relieved at we decide to go.

At one point in the dream, Sheli is hanging out and wearing the replacement earrings I bought her.

Party time, not so excellent

I had a dream about a party at the house I'm about to move into. Ciera was there and in a bad mood. She was getting ready for the party at my house. I remember reorganizing before people got there. I was messing with this box thing that was kind of like my jewelry box that I have in real life. I don't think everything was unpacked from moving.

Also in the dream, I was dating Greg's son. My parents were there for a minute too.

Pine and the foggy forest

Dreamt I was in a foggy pine tree forest. I was with my family and Jade was there.

When we were talking about how big the pine trees were, there was this informational video about how they got to be that big. The video was on this single flatscreen tv like an information panel placed on an exhibit in a zoo or museum or something.

The video told us that back in the day when people were cutting down these trees all the time, they would trim the trees and grind down the parts they didn't use in a canal or river. They noticed the pine cones falling into the canal made bigger trees. So, they started dipping them in the canal and planting them. The video showed this hillbilly white bearded guy dipping pine cones in the canal.

When we were leaving the forest, I went with my dad. My family had just bought a new van. He wanted to show me the double safe in the van which was used for the cd player and cds. The combo was 3 and ten pressed down together. I had the new M.I.A. CD with me.
